Workspera provides a modular, multi-tenant portal designed for internal workforce coordination (including profiles, rosters, attendance, expenses, and seat maps). Services are provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, and are subject to immediate termination, upgrade, or adjustments at our sole discretion.
Every account is provisioned with a secure, isolated database. Customers are solely responsible for managing their internal user permissions, keeping their passwords secure, and maintaining regular local back-ups of any transaction records logged within their tenant database.
Subscription fees are billed automatically based on active modules and team sizes configured in your administrator panel. Disabling a module takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT Workspera, ITS OPERATORS, PLATFORM DEVELOPERS, AND STAFF SHALL HAVE ZERO LIABILITY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, ACCURACY OF COMPLIANCE AUDITS, OR SECURITY breaches. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL YOU COMMENCE ANY LITIGATION, SUIT, LAWSUIT, OR COURT ACTION AGAINST US, OUR OPERATORS, OR DEVELOPERS FOR ANY REASON WHATEVER. ANY DISPUTES SHALL BE SOLVED STRICTLY VIA BINDING, PRIVATE, ANONYMOUS ONE-ON-ONE ARBITRATION CONDUCTED ENTIRELY AT YOUR SOLE EXPENSE.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any client portal subscription or system access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.
