We provision a dedicated, fully isolated database for every single client company. This architectural separation ensures that your database records are stored entirely on separate system storage tables and are completely shielded from co-mingling, cross-tenant exposure, or leakages.
Unlike standard SaaS software suites where back-office support representatives can freely view, audit, or browse customer employee profiles, we enforce a strict, zero-access administrative barrier. Workspera developers, staff, support agents, and engineers have absolutely zero visibility, reading authority, or access to your secure client database records. Data resides entirely under your sole organization's control.
We collect and store only the data explicitly entered by your employees (such as rosters, attendance swipes, expenses claims, profiles, and seat choices) to calculate operational parameters for your company's usage. We never track, mine, monetize, package, or sell client data to third-party marketing services.
Your isolated database is preserved on encrypted storage for the duration of your active subscription. In the event of a subscription cancellation or account closing, your tenant database is completely and permanently deleted from our primary servers, eliminating all residual records.
